By the way, also check the description ( P/N WDBACW0010HBK-01 ) of the disk I sent to you, look at the picture you sent to me and is a WD 1TB USB3 and still have the plastic on the side from factory because I never removed. If you look for the green box that come with the disc is better you talk with you technician they know where they saved. I can not understand the reason that you guys try to scam people, you own client. I pay you company a lot of money for the work you did to me. Is the same money you use to paid you food to put on the table and give to you kids, and also the money that paid for you gas to go to work, to pay for the electric you have in your home, ect.,ect. We the client, are what you are today. Without the client you do not have nothing.
I have been teased, ignored and humiliated by your company, you promise and do not meet, and hanging the phone when one is speaking, you own owner (Leo) the person that is supposed to look for the quality and service of is own company he lying and take part of the dirty game that some of is coworkers (personal) have done, for example of saying that he have in his hand the brand new disc that I send, and went I receive the disc that he sent to me is a complete different brand and a very old, old disc. I call him several time and also sent emails, he never return one of my calls and after several days he send an email that he have my disc. Also no one from you company never has been apologize to me for the time that I been waiting in the return of my disc and in the way or form that I been treated.
If you have a rotten apple working with you is better that you disposed before that rotten apple it contaminates to the others, dont try to cover the mistakes and bad decision that some have made it in a bad way. And if you work for a company that scam people and client is better that you look for another company to work because you become like them. Shame on you Leo.

A lot more bigger company than you are in this days close because for the bad perform and decision of the employees or the owners. We living in tough time and is a blessing to have a job and is bigger blessing to have a company that have jobs for others but if you want to stop the blessing and close the company very soon continued scam people and client.
You still have two of my disc, my property, I am losing $360.00 that Seagate charged to my credit card because I need to send those two disc to them.
