Date.com other affiliates deceptive business practices... no refunds for any purchases TN Internet
I upgraded my account on date.com because I had almost 200 messages after initially signing up the month before. I immediately realized that none the messages were actualy from local members or sent be members. All the messages were generated by date.com if anyone looks at your profile. In addition to this problem they also do not include any way to know if members are active or reply normally with any kind of time frame. Plus most of the screens let you filter results but not the way you want to filter by distance or other relevant key factors.
The largest problem with the company is after immediately calling and telling them my disatisfaction, they (spoke to three different people) pretend they don't understand what you want or are talking about and will only cancel your automatic renewal that they also do not mention and offer no refunds for any of their services no matter how long you have them!! Very greedy and shady company !!
