what does it take to stop this report.  Patrick McGinty abc refreshments continues to committ malicous destruction to my business and people are so sick of reading the crap, he writes it like he is the quote victim and there is no mention of a name or attachment of a name to this bogus crap.  mcdonald vending has had some delays and for that we are sorry but as for being this monster that Mr. McGinty describes it is just crazy.  As for Sue Murr she went in to HVE in lombard and lied through her teeth about me and told russ the federal government was after me and all this crap.  The sad part is after a 30 year relationship with Russ he did not stick up for me at all he just said that he knew of me.  That sucks too.  Since that time I no longer trade with russ as i will only trade with people that stand with me not neutral or against me.  last but not least, Sue Murr is so unfair in her complaints (and she signs her crap another victim in Rockford) who belongs to a GUN CLUB wow that sort of says it all (classy).  If you have issue with me give me an oportunity to fix it and this crap being written is just unfair.  especially when by the authors own admission they have been refunded months ago.  stop writing lies Patrick and grow up this is not your fight.  MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AS YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS ATTENTION.  WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND I AM PERSONALLY TIRED OF THIS CRAP!  MY NAME IS DAVID R MCDONALD SO I CAN SIGN MY NAME TO WHAT I WRITE.

Yes, all the stories are the same.  Yes he treats us all the same with his delusional mind.  You see, Dave thinks we are all in the wrong.  We are the reason we did not receive machines.  We are the reason he does not refund.  Just ask Dave McDonald, he will be the first to tell you (over and over again) he's the nicest guy in the world. He is just trying to sell vending machines.

I think many of his sales have been online and he has crossed many state lines with "sales."   Yes, he is good with his smooth talk and getting money from people. Check him out.  He not only is listed within google, Better Business Bureau and ripoff report, but you can also see Dave McDonald within Will County, IL public records. Internet will provide many public records, just stay with it and you will find them. Last known address was 10038 Bode St  Unit 6  Plainfield, IL which is in Will County.

It is a necessity to keep reporting Dave McDonald, McDonald Vending and Value Vending. Can you report him on Craigs list?  The biggest assistance has been from Illinois State Attorney General's Office of Lisa Madigan, Consumer Fraud Bureau. They personally contact Dave McDonald.  I believe there are 5 reports filed with Lisa Madigan's office now. Why this has gone on for yrs and yrs, I do not understand.  He knows the system, he plays the system and it is very difficult waiting for karma.  I just have to trust that one day the system will play him and finally end his maddness. Until then you tolerate his voice mails, emails and texts. You tolerate his excuses, his delusional thoughts about all of us being in the wrong and his bi-polar like attention he bestows upon you.

So far I have 6 names and numbers that I have been in touch with.  We are just trying to help each other and get everyone refunded. Dealing directly with Dave McDonald will get you no where, so don't spin your wheels with him. Keep the pressure on him by having others contact him about his poor business choices.

i have recently been in a deal with david mcdonald and now after reading several complaints about him i know now i have been completly scammed.

i currently found him on craigslist and got involved in a deal that involved some snack machines, i was very hesitant about sending money to him and although he wanted me to send a larger amount i only sent him a agreed upon smaller amount.

well just like everyone elses story mine is the exact same to the t... my question is: is anyone doing anything about him? anyone have any personal info on him?

but the biggest question is has anyone ever received a single machine from this guy? has anyone ever actually met him?

i am in the process of filing all the necessary complaints with all the necessary people and then some.

I'm another victim, Dave stole my money over four months ago on 10/28/2011.  As of this date here are the facts:

• Paid on October 28, 2011



• Was promised delivery countless times



• Was told refund is in the mail



• Have filed suite Court date is week of April 9th



• He called my attorney over a week ago said he would overnight refund. Check still has not been received.  Why would he call my attorney and lie to her.



• His mom called to make excuses when a supposed delivery was to happen



• He has lied to me over 50 times with promises



• He steals from people then claims to be the victim



• It's clear his scam is to offer people a deal they can't refuse all they need to do is prepay machine will then be delivered soon after.  He then delivers and forces people to take legal action to get money back or they have to fight several months.  This is a scam in a couple different ways.  All that needs to happen is a couple people come together and present a clear case with facts it should be easy to get this guy stopped.  The evidence shows he enters into deals with the intent to defraud people.  Or at the least he floating their prepay with promises to deliver soon after payment with the intention to delivering months down the road (this is a loan scam).

Patrick McGinty has made this a job for himself to try and destroy me.

He makes the report look bad for me and great for him.

Facts are he is owed nothing from me and has been refunded months ago.

Patrick has time on his hands and is malicously interfering with my business.

Read above no name mentioned and he is owed nothing.  he is trying to stir pot

Yes ABC received a full refund.  He had to fight for it and had to wait months and months for it.  Not too many are that lucky to receive a refund. 

Still scamming, still lying, still ripping off people is a perfect description of Dave McDonald.  Dave McDonald does business under his personal name and under the names of McDonald Vending and Value Vending. 

There are so many victims out there from various states  IL-PA-KS-OH-IN and possibly more that we have not found, but will.   A collection of names and information of Dave McDonald's victims is being gathered and will finally be posted listing the collective amount of money scammed and number of promised machines that never showed. A list of all the victims will show the true picture.  Dave McDonald does not speak one word of truth. Not one word.  In Dave's "mind" everyone is to blame but Dave McDonald.

I personally had 4 canceled deliveries (all Dave's canceling) and at least five failed promises of Dave McDonald's refund.(deception and fraud)  I have been told "the check is in the mail."  (literally was told at least 3 times) After speaking to many of the victims it is very clear that Dave McDonald is the only person clouded with the facts. We are all clearly thinking.

Slowly but surely, there will be justice. Filed with IL State's Attorney's Office, Ripoff Report, Better Business Bureau and two police departments. Justice will be seen.

There are always 2 sides to every story.  Engaging this is almost pointless.  This venue is designed to do damage to someone or to someones business nothing else.  This transaction was for $9000.00 not $8000.00 and the order for 10 bill acceptors was to be paid for immediately and it was not.  We wanted to complete this order and ABC demanded refund.  Refund was made in cashiers check and not due to crap written on craigslist or Rip Off Report but because this was the correct thing to do.  94 years in business my family and due to people feeling the need to act this way this is the result. We are honest and wish to do the right thing! Feel free to check my current business list if considering doing business with us.  It will be a different venue then this and one that is able to be verified quite easily.
