I tried to order his course and got an error, so ordered again and got the same error. Checked my email and my bank and found I was charged twice and got a link to download the course twice. When I tried to download the course, I was taken to a sales page, asking me to upgrade. I chose No Thanks, and received the same error message as when I tried to order. Not only do you get charged twice for the course, but you do not receive the course. As for all the EXTRAS, he does not even ask for an address to send them to. Total scam.

I recently ordered Reiki Infinite Healer Course online and I have been enjoying it daily. I did not have any problems receiving it or with the downloaded material when I originally purchased it, I did have some issues with my computer recently and I could not bring up the Reiki Infinite Healing program when I clicked on the link provided so I then contacted the Reiki Infinite Healing support team listed on the main page. I explained the error page that was coming up and asked them for help with this.. the very next morning I received an email with them sending me another link (the same link) and it worked fine. I was impressed with the quick response and a courteous message to help and I was offered additional help if I needed it. I also contacted Dave Nelson through email explaining the trouble with the link that day and Dave also responded with help and he continues to provide regular emails of uplifting material and continuing support in the Reiki Infinite Healing Course. I’m not sure why the link did not come up for me that day but I do understand one thing things happen and for whatever reason ( I believe it may have been my computer that day ) The most important thing to me Is this- how then was I treated? and how was it handled? My response to both is very well. I give credit where credit is due. I could have easily become angry or discouraged and requested my money back. This in fact would be due to the pain and upset of wrongful thinking. I would have missed out on the problem being corrected. This is my experience and my personal options of cores but I must say here.. In my heart remains a very important teaching and that is: It is never intelligent to judge a situation as a whole, It is far more wiser to judge a situation in and of itself. In other words, by the end result rather than by the stage of a situation.
