Davey's Edmore Estates I was never late on rent gave them a 30 day notice when i went to get my belongings my son and co-owner of trailer park entered my home and took my belongings this is a normal thing for this park Edmore, Michigan
im here to tell the people out there to watch out for davey's edmore estates my rent was always paid on time i was there for 8 months while i was there they didnt pay the light bill for the water meter so we were without water for 2-3 days until they went and got a generator. i had a disagreement with the 1 co-owner and i gave a 30 day notice that i was moving i've seen alot going on out there and he has harassing people so they will move so any how before i went to go and get my belongings my son and the co-owner are good friends and the co-owner will take him down on some illegal activitys im sure. but when i went to get my belongings it was all gone i talked to a montcalm county deputy and he talked to this co-owner and the co-owner admitted to having my stuff but he said i haid to pay $100.00 for my stuff in the shed and i thaught the deputy would help me but he said it was a civil matter this co-owner seems to be the type that would rip his own mother off if he had a chance. im just trying to let people out there know to look out for who you are dealing with and these are some of the ones you dont want to think twice act once
