David Ortiz is a LIAR, a THIEF and a CRIMINAL.
On Dec 2, 2016 I paid David $3000 for the purchase of carpet and installation. The carpet was to be installation within 7-10 days depending on the delivery of the carpet from the manufacture.
On Dec 12, 2016 I contacted David for an update on the installation and he told me the carpet had not come in yet. I then called the manufacturer and was told that David never ordered the carpet.
I confronted David on why the carpet wasn’t ordered and he immediately blamed me for ordering and expecting the job to be done during the busy holiday season.
He claimed he hadn’t even cashed the check I had given him. I immediately called the bank to cancel the check and the check had already been cashed. The bottom line is David took the money and ran, he continues to blame me and others for his sorry actions. David is a LIAR, A THEIF and a CRIMINAL. Don’t be fooled as I was.
