David 'Dave' Buchanan Dead Beat Dad - David 'Dave' Buchanan Somewhere In The United States
David (Dave) Kenneth Buchanan - Height: 5'8" - Age: 41
He likes to move from state to state and/or relative to relative to avoid paying NY state child support. He was born in DE and grew up in MD. He was in the army for 3 years in KY. He is known to have lived in NY, DE, MD, KY, FL, but could be anywhere in US. He lived in Orange and Rockland counties and worked at various construction companies there after being fired from USG in Rockland County. He also worked at Lafarge in Westchester County before fleeing NY in 2005 to Jacksonville, FL to live with his brother in an attempt to avoid paying child support.
He bounces around from house to house, relative to relative, state to state to avoid paying child support. He doesn't file his taxes and doesn't think he needs to because he works for 'cash off the books' so the child support units won't find him.
He likes to be tan (frequents tanning salons). He has a scar on one entire corner of his mouth. He has his tongue pierced, wears earrings in both ears most of the time and also has several tattoos. His hair is thinning so he usually keeps it short.
He currently owes over twenty five thousand dollars in overdue child support and the support amount goes up every week because his kids are still minors.
