This complaint is absurd. We refund every single person who returns our package. We have sold millions of programs, and yet we have only a FEW complaints in all those years, not to mention that the true complaints have all been resolved. If we had received this persons return, he would have been refunded immediately. In a pure act of good faith, we will choose to refund him ANYWAY as long as he sends us proof of his payment. Find another company that does that. Everyone in this business should be as HONEST as we are.

I did return the item to the address I received it promptly What do you mean I sent it to the wrong address, you piece of **it! Definitely shows you a scam artist, a $29 refund is too much to ask I guess! Don't let this fool lie to you about his $2500 refund check he'll give you after trying his program and not succeeding in it. How will he give you $2500 if $29 is a pinch? I wrote this to see if you'll actually refund my money, I guess not you lying Thief!

Every single person who retuns our product for a refund is refunded immediately, so this complaint is worthless. This person either never returned it as claimed, or perhaps it was returned to the wrong address. There is no other explanation.
