PLEASE CONTACT ME SO WE CAN GO TO COURT AND SUPRISE THIS GUY, i already have an attorney. Bringing witnesses and victims will help get this guy where he belongs...prison! 817-xxx cccc Ill try to make long story short. Found one of his house for the price of $135,000 gave him $5,000 for downpayment said he would work with us so we paid an extra $445 a month towards our $27,000 downpayment to put in our name. So paid $2,000 a month for 4yrs. When close to the down payment he told us his wifes sister that lives in india owned the house and was getting a divorce so needed to liquidate everything so wantes money for all the house or we couls move into another house that he actually owns....okay...?? So looked at house none of them worked. Tried to work something out but now he wants $210,000 for house now. We said no that we were not wantingg to buy anymore so we said we want our downpayment back and he said no. I had got attorney went to court twice over house.

The first time i won 2nd time 3 months later we lost because we were no longer paying and it was over who had possesion of the house. In court he tried to come to an agreement to keep us in the house because he liked us and we were good people always paid. And this time he would actually put the house in our name after we give him $9,500 to down payment acting like everything we paid for 4 yrs was no good??? And wasnt paid??? He said he would sell fpr $190,000 that was with discout since we paid him so much. We said we would talk to attorney and get back and we decided not to. Now we had to move and be thrown out and stay in a hotel and had to go buy a camper .we have been in so much stress. As of now we are leaving for vacation for 2 weeks when we return we will get back with out attorney to sue him for fraud and deceptive trade act.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS GUY NAMED DAVID GILL PLEASE CONTACT ME. I WOULD LIKE TL BRING WITNESSES AND VICTIMS TO COURT WHERE WE CAN ALL TELL THE JUDGE WHAT THIS MAN IS DOING. 817-xxx xxxx

I can attest to what this lady has stated, David Gill is a Grifter/Scam Artist of the lowest moral turpitude. I have documents to prove what I'm saying. He lies like we breathe. He does belong under a prison in my opinion, but that's for the courts to decide. I came across this post today and felt the need to respond. If you are still going to court please don't hesitate to reach out to me, as stated I have certified documents from the court. 

Retribution is around the corner for David and his band of grifters.

 Isnt it funny how this guy has a story to every persons report on here? Lol. We wouldnt be here if it werent for you david gill/amerdeep gill whatever your real name is. There is a reason people come to this site to complain about yall. (Yes i am talking about the lawyer he uses for all his cases that knowswhats going on). And for you to put my business on here is very unprofessional.

I gave him over $100 000 in 4 yrs. Why would i do that if i wasnt owning i would have to be a idiot and was for trusting yall theifs. As far as i know amerdeep gjll begged me not to leave in a private back court room because i was a great person and he liked me living there i paid my payments and if i was late we worked something out. And the water department?

I took care of that large bill which was a year or two ago? Another issue is all 3 of my dogs? I was buying the house there is no restrictions in paperwork saying i cant. I put a lot of money just to own that house and into some remodeling also which he will make profit off of now. Also why would i continue to keep up with the house knowing after 3 and half yrs into it i will not own it?

None of those houses you showed us to move into after you made some crazy story of how we cant live in the house we have been paying for because you didnt know you didnt own it 4yrs ago when we moved in? Hmmm something smells very fishy. This isnt over and i WILL see you back in court. And he now has the house up for sale again claiming the price of the MORGAGE PAYMENT and buying the house

Here is my opinion on her feel sorry for me story, which is what this site is for.  They let people tell sob stories and then contact the person against whom the complaint is so they can extort money out of them to repair their reputation.  Don't beleive me, Did you know, this site is owned by a convict, google it. 

All losers have a story, so does she.  Its not based on facts.  Shelbie is a stripper, who Leased a house from Previoius owner, under a Lease with $5000 refundable security deposit, due to higher risk, non verifiable income, bad credit risk etc.  From what I was told, she was getting kicked out of her old place when she got into this house. She also owed city of fort worth water about $700, so you see the pattern of not  paying bills.  While she lived there, the previous owner filed and won an eviction case due to non payment of rent, but they let them stay. another pattern.  

Moving forward, I purchased this home from previous owner this year, and she was evicted as a holdover, and non payment of rent.  She had bunch of people living in the house including 4 big dogs without Landlord's permission.  I took possession of the house about a week ago, house is totally trashed, and I have tarrant county Constable as a witness as well as next door neighbor who is a docorated retired MARINE.  On their way out, they totally vandalized the house, busted holes in walls, broke door jams, stole all doors, flooring, light fixtures, ac fixtures, jacked up garage door.  House smells like dog s**t, because its everywhere, that's how they lived.  Neigbors told me they were trailer park trash, who used drugs, and they are glad these people are gone.  Next door neighbor asked if I found any stashes in backyard, becasue he would see them digging out stashes at odd times.  They accumulated, so much junk, rotten wood, metal, tires, plastic, at least 5000 beer bottle and cans, you name it, as if they didn't throw away any trash for last 4 years, they just put it in backyard, so much so the city code officer left a two page citation while they were still occupying it, with order to clean up the place, and I've moved out few trailers full of junk, and got long way to go before I can restore the place to a proper home one can live in.  Ask yourself, if you invested couple hundred thousand to buy a place, what would you do with a tenant like her? 

With previous owner, She only paid what was her rent, written in the lease.  There was never any deal to purchase the house.  Buying a house takes money, but they hardly nickle and dimed together their rent with previous owner.  Her security deposit was applied to what she owed when they were evicted and she still owes me few thousand for all the damage they left.  Judges read paperwork you know, and he evicted her couple of years ago based on a LEASE.  And this BS about she won, no she didn't, the judge simply referred the case to different court due to jurisdiction issue, and County judge basically told them GET OUT.
