Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Please read below the account of our dealings with Mr David Kenneth, owner of Your China Trading Partner, a home based business in Beijing, China pretending to be a large sourcing agent.

After breaching his contract Mr Kenneth decided that because the terms he agreed to would no longer fit him (mind you, despite having agreed to them) he then proceeded to post completely fabricated posts about eSources.co.uk in an attempt to gain traffic to his home based business website and interest in his service. He is now suggesting that eSources.co.uk is:

1. somehow involved in email physhing (as if PayPal or eBay were involved in sending out emails trying to gain access to their customers own accounts, yes right...)

2. somehow involved in fake jobs emails (Mr Kenneth again demonstrates his total lack of business knolwedge, people who send fake jobs emails use very popular and trusted companies to perpetrate their scams)

3. somehow involved in the 401 scam (of course David)

It is our advice that you do not deal with this person. If something goes wrong he will do everything to screw you over, and from our experience everything he says is a complete fabrication, he seems to live in his own world and will not care about any agreement he has with you. You have been warned, there are many reliable sourcing agents in China, don't deal with this one.

David it is obvious that those fake emails are from scammers impersonating eSources. It's like saying PayPal and eBay send out emails to their customers to gain access to their account.

Also it is striking how you state that eSources.co.uk ever threatened you, when you were the one threatening us that you would be publishing false information about eSources unless we refunded you for a service you used. Your approach is in our view an indication of how you conduct business, and a strong indication that you will screw your customers over at the first hurdle. Further you have already stated elsewhere that you have initiated a chargeback for your purchase with your bank, confirming that you have in fact breached your contract with us.

eSources is today probably the largest directory of verified wholesale and dropship contacts on the web (45,000 and counting!). We have a premium members subscription base of over 148,000 and total current members over 520,000. These numbers are striking to even the kindest competitor, therefore don't be surprised if some of the online reports were published just to undervalue our image. Of course some reports about customers issues may be genuine, however I can assure you we do take on board every issue, we offer 24/7 email support (we don't currently offer phone support), and we do try to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

We have been in business for over 5 years now and certainly that list you have published refers to complaints over the 5 years period, which we think it's quite good given the number of customers we have helped over the years (again over 148,000 and counting).

It is clear by now that you are here trying to get some free publicity for your site, and I am sure you have already received a fair bit. The reasons people run those scam searches are two:

1. It is broadly recommended in our industry to search a company name + scam to check any complaints posted on the net about that company. Many buyers do this with every company before dealing with them, and you should be doing the same if you aren't doing so yet.

2. Specifically to eSources, some of those searches are run because of this false report you have posted and because of the false information you have published on your blog. I presume the traffic percentages you posted above are based on your total site traffic (5%, 1% etc), they are high because your site's total traffic is very low and you are trying to gather traffic by falsly bashing other companies:

safelysourcingchina is Alexa site number 4,769,344 (very low) and your average site visitor stays on your site for 0.6 minutes (that's just 36 seconds), then leaves. This indicates that visitors aren't that impressed with what you have published and then leave (please note this is not my opinion, it's a conclusion based on the data supplied by Alexa). Based on the percentages you have posted, your false reports about eSources are bringing you substantial traffic.

In contrast eSources.co.uk is site number 21,910 in the world and our visitors stay on our site for an average of 4 minutes. That includes buyers who come to eSources to quickly source an item and then continue dealing with the wholesaler or dropshipper directly.

Our take is that you offer a sourcing service and you find eSources a strong competitor and therefore worth appearing in our discussion threads to increase traffic to your site. We are of course flattered by your considerations but are certain that your approach is counter productive. Also we feel that your approach is an indication of your business ethics, and for this reason and in our opinion only we would discourage buyers from initiating trade with you. This is only our opinion, albeit based on years of experience.

eSources.co.uk Absurd Claims

#3

Mon, August 24, 2009

It has recently come to my attention that eSources.co.uk, owned by the now infamous ( to many of us unfortunate enough to have had any dealings with the company or the individual ) Mr. Carboni, have now attempted to smear Your China Trading Partner, quite probably due to our unflinching stance on the the truth of the issues surrounding him and his company; as well as our unwillingness to back down in the face of earlier threats for legal action. Many of you out there have already communicated to me that you have backed down under these threats, whilst many fora have removed negative comments regarding eSources out of fear of these threats. It would seem that since these threats have failed, as I have enough documentary evidence to take to any court should I be called to do so, which demonstrates the voracity of my claims, and is supported by many others out there who have lost money to eSources, that Mr. Carboni has now, as of the 19th August 2009, decided to attempt to attack my credibility by making false statements and slanderous remarks on sites such as the RipoffReport , and which you can view by clicking the link. In which short statement, and without any corroboratory evidence whatsoever, Mr. Carboni states that I have, committed numerous contract infringements and failed to cover his payments None of which, strangely enough, he has ever presented to me either by email, or by telephone. And all of which I have documentary evidence for, including the fact that my bank is currently getting a reversion of funds back from his for taking money from my account when clearly not entitled to do so. I refer you to earlier articles on this site, and which youll find in the Scams and Scammers category. Mr. Carboni goes on to say, We believe his behaviour is an indication of the values this person adobts in his business dealings and invite potential customers to evaluate this persons full business practices before considering trading with him , which sounds more of an indictment upon himself, rather than upon me or my company. I too invite you all to make the following searches of Google: your china trading partner scam and yourchinatradingpartner.com scam and finally david kenneth stone scam . From such a simple search you discover nothing negative about either myself or my company. Indeed, I find it interesting that Mr. Carboni also cites our full company address, albeit with a couple of minor errors, as: ChangPing Qu, HuiLongGuan, LongTengYuan 3Qu, 2HaoLou, 2DanYuan, 201 Beijing to which you are more than welcome to pay a visit, or have someone you know, or an embassy official here, make a call to determine a suitable time to come and pay me a visit; whilst, on the other hand, Mr. Carboni uses the address of: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3XX, United Kingdom , and which is a mere postal address, and little more than a PO BOX , as his companys formal HQ address. In fact, however, should you run a Google search on 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3XX , you will discover that you get 64 pages, and a grand total of 16,200 hits for that address , all with a wide diversity of companies claiming it as their UK registered office; companies as diverse as cleaners to clairvoyants. Strange that Mr. Carboni has no wish to have made public either his personal or a genuine office address. Who is hiding what from whom? It may interest you to know that the following search strings are regularly used and bring visitors to this site ( visitor search percentage included ): esources scam 5% . esources stefano carboni scam 3% . esources co uk scam 3% . wholesaledeals co uk scam 2% (Another of Mr. Carbonis Companies) . esources co uk 1% . wholesaledeals co uk 1% . stefano carboni  1% . stefano carboni wholesale 1% . carboni-company 1% . what do you think of wholesaledeals co uk 1% . esources co uk membership 1% . wholesaledeals uk 1% . whats wrong with esources 1% . who is registered on esources co uk 1% . e sources taking money from my account! 1% . In fact, I receive more visitors in search of  his company than for any other individual company via my website; and, as you can see, more than a few are connected with the word scam . Remember... ...the thing about a trail, is that it can lead from or to a place, and must always be trodden. A trail will not appear out of nothing. Don't you agree? Just how likely is it that myself, and the many unconnected individuals from different countries, or different parts of the same country, and who have commented  in blogs, forums, and elsewhere on the internet, have decided to do so simply to smear Mr. Stefano Carboni or his company, eSources.co.uk , due to a surfeit of time on their hands, or through sheer jealousy or mean-spiritedness? Would it not be more logical to conclude that myself and these other individuals have a genuine grievance, and that Mr. Carboni and his company, eSources.co.uk, is/are being less than genuine or truthful in his/their account of things? I encourage you to perform your own research. Additionally, if you are someone with a genuine unanswered grievance, then make use of this excellent resource offered by the Rip-Off Report website, and leave your claim. I encourage readers to carefully follow the suggested searches above for their own piece-of-mind, and at the same time I invite anyone who has had troubled dealings with Mr. Stefano Carboni or eSources.co.uk to send me their detailed information, which I will file for later use; below is a special email account where you can send me your details in confidence.
