I received an offer from David Oliver's email newsletter and clicked the link to see what information was going to be provided.  In viewing the first screen, the information looked like something our family could use as we have a family member with mental health issues.  I signed up to receive the free CDs and all I had to pay was $4.99 for shipping and handling.  Well, now $100 later is what my free CDs have cost me. 

You can't check out of the website until you go through screens and screens of other offers and upgrades to this and that.  I clicked on one link, as I wanted to see what that upgrade provided and that's when it got me.  I immediately left the sight and called my back.  Representative said I had three charges, two for the $9.95 and the $4.99 for shipping.  It was too late to dispute the charge, but I will be calling back tomorrow and disputing them.

I called their number and got a recording to leave my name and information.  Which I did.  I also filed a service ticket with  their online contact:  http://leverageteam.helpserve.com

For someone that is all about helping those who have a mental health issues, he is a totally rip off and fake.  I was going online to get help for a familiy member.  I'm sane and dealing with this now may send me over the edge!

Someone out there needs to deal with websites that have this deceiving practice.  Something needs to be put in place so that this doesn't happen anymore  There should be disclaimers at every step of the way and verifications that the card holder is giving their permission.
