David Schaffer and Rose Austin are frauds, they rent houses, don't pay the rent, and you have to evict them. They sign fraudulent applications, David said he worked for the Texas Rangers, the made unauthorized improvements to the rent house and did not pay the contractor, they move around with only a bed and TV since they know they will be evicted.
David Schaffer and Rose Austin have defrauded at least 4 individuals and firms. Rose Austin writes hot checks. David Schaffer has 2 outstanding judgments against him in small claims court in Denton County (E081847J6 for $6,380 & S08182J6 for $9,974 - call the Denton County Small Claims court at (972) 394-4171 to confirm if you like - the judgments are also public record having been filed in Dallas County). David Schaffer fraud case was sent to the Grand Jury on May 1, 2009, so that is pending.

David Schaffer has been indicted by a grand jury. This is public information. David Schaffer and his mother Rose Austin also presented a bad check to a Mansfield auto repair center (see other ripoff report).

David Schaffer has been indicted. The warrant is on what is on the N.C.I.C. (National Crime Index Computer). I see that they wrote a hot check in
