David Sedillo, David Sedillo Reputable business sellers beware. Has no idea about the business wants training does his way. Goes on lengthy vacations and claims that training has not been fast enough. Wants to keep running the business but wants a refund so he gets it for nothing. Nasty, terrible attitude and goal is to scam sellers and keep the business. Dallas Texas
Dave Sedillo bought a licensing agreement from me in May of this year. Our business is placing quality personnel in car dealerships. We have been in business for 28 years and never had a problem with any office purchasers. He knew nothing about this business but said he was bored and wanted something to do. After he paid the lower than asking fee, I sent him a complete packet od job descriptions in the car business. Within a day he was on vacation to Disney world for ten days. He finally came back and demanded training items that were never even mentioned in our marketing materials.
He told me he was going to do it his way. I asked him why he needed me if he knew all the answers? He started working with my California office and still works worth him to this day. He has maintained all business phone numbers and email addresses. I offered him a complete refund but I would have to resell his area to give him the money so someone else could have the territory. He refused and has been threatening me with this report for weeks. He wants the money and the business. It's not fair or is it professional. If you elect to use this report as a guideline then you should read many of the reports. The majority are just angry people.
