Unfortunately, much of what Cruz from Saratoga springs wrote was correct. At Day Dreamin Exotics, we run Day Tours with our fleet of 5 exotic cars. We schedule one driver for each car. In the event some one cancels we have the Tour Host drive one of the cars and it's no problem. Two cancellations, however, prevent us from running the tour, because each participant would not get to drive all 5 cars. We have participants pay in full up front so as to minimize cancellations. In the three months we have have been running tours, we have rescheduled only twice. By coincidence, Cruz was scheduled on both of those tours. It did take us a few days to return their phone call. We can see how they were frustrated and we gladly refunded their money THE VERY DAY WE SPOKE WITH THEM. We even refunded the NON-REFUNDABLE $50 booking fee. We do not know nor have any control of how long it takes the merchant account or their bank to reflect the refund, but the refund was given in a timely manner.
