Ken Calhoun entered into a contract with me to open a financial company and asked my backing and support. He then breached and did not pay my share to me. Ken Calhoun goes online from his room and pretends to be a financial securities advisor to daytraders covering himself in a cloak of education identity theft. He has no securities license. He has no teaching credential. He owes me over 148000.00 plus over 55 percent of all earnings. Yuk his current and second wife in Colorado Springs CO probably is verbally abused for years. But she has been rude to my mother while living off my business interests for 15 years.
I had complaints as the co founder of Daytrading Univrrsity and all subsidiary companies and owner in interest so I went to see Ken Calhoun. Ken had advertised he had a six million dollar mansion in Colorado Springs Colorado and so at the least thougj he is a deadbeat I figured he would at least be living large and be healthy. He appears chubby. I went to look around. I found his house a modest two story in a neighborhood. I went up to the house and then i saw it. The con man notice as i call it. It is a notice posted in his handwriting demanding only mail deliverers from ups, Fedex, and usps come to door and no one else. I call it the con man notice because in my experience it is posted only by confidence men who dont like irate customer or victims of a scam or ripoff coming to the door looking for their money back. It was a sad day for me.
I authorize no further business at this time. I would recommend not having any business with Daytrading University at all. If you are the victim of bas businesses around Daytrading University contact me directly and I will try to make sure you are compensated with no bs and no con man note on the door. If you want to trade stock or be involved in securities go to a licensed brokerage and work with trained the professionals. If you want to become on Morgan Stanley Dean Whitter and other houses will pay you for six months and train you and have you sit for the state license exam if they like what they see and want to hire you. I told ken calhiun thia and he declined.
I read of horrible stories of people daytrading and losing funds they cannot afford to lose. Dont be one. My formal apologies regarding all matters and i will examine the issues more. I care for ken and wish him well at University of Phoenix teaching if he likes that. Yuk needs to perhaps chat with the other one. Good luck. My father and I disagreed on this matter and his last request to me was to sue him. My mother was highly offended by Yuk who she reported was rude to her. Ken said he hopes they enjoyed what they got out of the experience they had with him buy forget them and he has nothing to do with them. Convenient since he didnt lay thwm back for two cars and his ucla education. Ken appears to be drinking a lot and we all know how that goes at times so maybe aome counseling will help him. This last 18 months instead of doubling the entire several million as i advised him timely ans exactly bying oil futures for 18 months to double which they did he messed up somewhere. Like not paying people per contract. And eating lobster pot pies. He is good at sax. He ripped me off for 15 years now and im his only brother. Robbed my parents in my witness and opinion. Has his wife Yuk be rude and help steal my money she apparently live off of. Very dishonorable. Time to dissolve the partnership. What will he do to you?

Greetings To All Parties, Kenneth Calhoun is a hard working man and hero to the common man. Trader extraordinary candle readings to lighten wisdom to success. The previous matter is voided as pertains to any reported matters of my company and Daytrading University and related subsidiaries or partnership companies. The whole matter and any claims or any matter are void. With new product lines and avoidance of misunderstandings in motion now over five years have passed from the purported ripoff report they claim license and ownership of which is nothing. One of my associates claimed this website owner accepted and charged ten k to change things. I have nothing to do with it. Daytrading University is fabulous. Hello,
The intersting and long rebuttal by Kenneth Calhoun is false and misleading. The company was opened with multiple partners. There is a signed and executed written contract. Daytrading University in the beginning also got into trouble basically having Ken lead people online in a trading room as in effect a stock brocker. Get licensed to be one was my advice. My writings are accurate on the matters and I stand by them. In entering into a business deal offered to Ken he apparently decided to not pay the partner (s) and backers and just thought due to the nature of the company nobody would reveal things. Very unwise. Word is bond. Integirty matters.

I founded my website in 1999 as a sole proprietor and have never at any time entered into any contract with any other person and/or company regarding my site’s ownership, backing, support and/or any other financial interest of any kind.

I am a UCLA graduate and have worked hard to build a solid reputation online; I have been trusted by active traders worldwide since 1999.
