This company charged me under the name Healthcleanse, Pristine Health and Access.  I never recieved the samples that I paid for...I thought that the item they sent was the sample, but it was the $87.62 product.  So if anything, the fraud is the theft of my almost $3 for the samples I've yet to receive.  The sample charges were under the name of Health Cleanse.  The $87.62 charge was under Pristine Health with the phone number 866-676-4122, which is a non-working number.  I looked up Dazzle Smile and got the 866-528-6214 which did work.  They told me to send it back, I did and am now waiting my refund.  I did call and get confirmation that they recieved my package into their "warehouse".  I was told to send it to Aurora Colorado.

Today I got a charge for $24.82 from Access and when I called the 866-389-3868 the lady answered the phone by saying, "My name is Deaunna, would you like to process a cancellation today?"  How in the world do you offer a cancellation when you first answer unless you know you are scamming people.  She advised me that Access is a subsidiary of Pristine Health and that they would not give me my $24.82 back because I did not click that I did not want their service...a scam.  I never saw that prompt!  You usually click to opt in!  I was given a cancellation number, refused a supervisor and told that my request did not warrant a supervisor. 

I have cancelled my card.  I don't know what other name they will come up with.

I am beyond ready for a class action lawsuit against this group of scum.  I will do whatever I have to in seeing that they are taken off of the internet.  I can't believe it's been allowed to go this long.  I would think a lawyer would've jumped on this long ago with all of these complaints.
