DBW - The Grant Express Took for GRANTed they were honest. Henderson, Nevada
Saw an advertising for Grant help on tv. Stated for a one time fee of $1.98 you could order a cd that would help you obtain grants. I called and gave them my debit number and was never told about the 7 day trial or about having to cancel. I caught the charge for July and called and after a long discussion told them to cancel my membership. I missed the Aug charged but caught the two charges for $69.95 in Sept. I call and was put through to a girl who I could not hear because of the static on her phone and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor stated that they had no record of my cancellation and they would cancel it now. She (Alex Miller) also stated that they would only refund the second charge only. I have 4 fees from my bank for lack of funds due to this companys unauthorized withdraw of my funds. I learned to trust no one on the internet now but it cost me over $400. I hope someone sues this company and shuts them down forever. I am also writing a complaint to the BBS of Utah and Nevada.
