DC COOL MAKERS & POWER BUILDER CORPS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, FRAUDULENT ACTS, ARROGANT AND RUDE STAFF quezon city, Internet
Had a bad experience with DC Cool Makers and Power Builders Corp, they fixed our aircoditioning unit but in less than 2 weeks time back to its same problem of not cooling, so we contacted the company again. To our dismay, they scheduled us after office hours and the repairman was not the same person who fixed it, they are also asking money before the actual fixing of the unit, they want us to buy the material that will be used, contrary to their advertisement that they have complete set of tools and equipment.
The staff in the office are also rude, arrogant and ill-mannered. They are not answering the phone when we complained about why are they asking money for the equipment even if the repairmen are not yet sure if its the problem. If they are not scammers and fraudulent why is this "CHRISTINE" refusing to talk to their costumers? Their posts in the internet are false advertisement. Just want to warn possible costumers to think twice before getting business with this Company. Here are the post in their site:
