John Palazzola of DC Sales LLC came to my door selling magazines to win a trip to Europe. I tried to discourage him but I was not feeling well. I was heavily sedated having had two grand mall seizures two days prior. My defenses were down. He persisted. I agreed to one magazine for my grandson. He insisted on coming into my house. I tried giving him a clip board - that wasn't good enough. I let him in. He sat at my kitchen table. He started looking around my house commenting on our art work and how nice our house was. I felt like I was being stalked, starting to feel extremly vulnerable. He started asking question about my health, I kept it to a minium and tried to keep him focused. He sat next to a laptop I had on my table. It has a external hard drive attached, mouse pad and mouse sitting on it. We were involved in doing the paperwork. I asked him if he would like a bottle of water, he said yes. I turned away from him for a few seconds came back with the water. I didn't notice the mouse gone at that time. It wasn't until later that evening that I noticed it missing. As he left he reached over and quickly huged me. I thought it highly inappropriate and out of line for a young man young enough to be my grandson to be hugging a total stranger. Expecially someone he just ripped off. I'm sure it was a diversionary tactic. John Palazzola can easily be found on Facebook. We will see if I get my refund. I am contacting the police to file a report and the Better Business Bureau.

I did misplace the mouse and wrote a retraction with a public apology through Ripoff Report, which Ripoff Report did not publish.

When DC Sales came to my door I was heavily sedated having just got out of the hospital for multiple grand mall seizures. I insisted John the sales person stay out on the front porch, even handing him a clip board, but he persisted. I was alone, not well, still in my night clothes, and easy prey for sales people who take advantage of others.

I've been married to a sales man for 40 years and was the administrator for sales people for ten. I know what makes up a good sales person and a less than reputable sales person. I can't profess to know exactly who this guy is but his actions speak volumes. Had I been in my right mind I wouldn't have bought a Q-tip from him. But then again he would have never made it past my front door either. When a customer keeps telling you no, do we have to get rude to get our point across. Do we have to slam the door in their face to make our point? Or do we just not answer our doors?

I've requested a refund within the allotted time period from DC Sales. They are asking me to send a cancelled check as "proof of payment." I sent them my original pink receipt as proof of payment reflecting the fact that I paid cash, along with the Noice of Cancellation form. The sales man John requested that I pay cash for the sale. Now why would he request I pay cash? He did not explain the refund policy. Obviously I was too sedated to ask about the refund policy. According to Arizona State Law a receipt is proof of payment. See ref: http:www/law.berkley.edu/9110.htm. If they do not honor their own paperwork I will file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office Consumer Affairs division.

I have no use for your computer mouse, you probably misplaced it.

I sell magazines door to door.  I have never stole from anybody. Dont put my name on this site,  I am not a rip off, theif or anything in that category.  You are clearly delusional.

I would like to add additional information to this report. I've been extremely ill for two weeks in ER twice, given drugs that cause serious life threaten reactions even two grand mall seizures. I'm now in recovery and on heavy sedating drugs. I should have never let this guy into my home. I'm not thinking clearly. I would however llike to clear John Palazzaloa name. After searching for three days I did manage to find the computer mouse, which was located under a bench on the floor. I did filed a police report and I did call them to let them know I found the property. I am still cancelling the magazine. $61 for one magazine is a bit excessive and I wasn't prepared to handle someone as aggressive or assertive as Mr Palazzaloa in my condition. Young sales men don't hug old women especially when they was three times their age and they are standing their in their night gown with a robe on. Highly inappropriate.

Never let a stranger into your house like that. You could've been attacked, raped, or killed. That is so dangerous.
