I to was burned by D.E. Freeman. It was a simple bathroom job. Replace Tub, Tile and fixtures. It was pretty much the same story as the lady in Brown Summit NC.

Not returning calls, Making up excuses Exaggerating and lying, Taking months to start the job, Delaying the job as long as possible, Finally starting the job and not finishing, Not paying contractors, Getting the wrong parts or merchandise and just leaving it at the home, Not fulfilling Contracts Lying about credentials, Totes his faith in God while ripping you off, No shame
Well I am out $3000.00 and have a completely torn-up bathroom. I have to start from scratch. Warning stay away from this guy (D.E Freeman) he is a pro CON MAN the best I have ever seen.
We all should feel lucky that he does not work on Wall Street.
