another sad but true story!i can identify with how you feel!i have a son just a little over 2 years old whom i love dearly!,but to get to see him is a difficult task!his mother and i were ingaged to be married and we planned everything out down to having names picked out.im over 40 and this was going to be her last child,she is now 39.anyway everything was fine until the day she brought our son home,she got cold and distant,we grew apart.i didnt wnt that,but she got so violent ,i had no other choice but to go along with her program,our son wasnt even 5 months old 1 day out of the blue she picked a fight(of which i would not participate)packed up a few of her things and her other 2 kids and that was the last i saw or heard of her for 6 months!I found where she was living by accident,she never told me!she never really let me have much say where our son was concerned,i couldnt pick him up,only supervised visits by her.well i wanted my son to grow up in a loving home with both parents living together to give him the best life could offer!we would get along a month fite for 2 or 3 and in that 2 or 3 i didnt get to see my son,the pain and suffering is very heavy!to make a long story short,she has now cut off "all" communication,i see now i was just a meal ticket,she used me to father a child under the false pretense of marridge etc...ive always provided for him the best of my abilities,she used me then discared me like a disposeable liter!she uses the engagement ring to pawn every month when shes short on cash,and wont give it back!shes cold and mean and makes all decsions where my son is concerned.yet im the 1 who is stereotyped ,if you pay child support and your a man the state is already biased against you and discriminate against you without knowing any facts at all!she could work but is too lazy!she think s the world owes her because she had a tough childhood!she just makes her own rules and takes advantage of every free state and welfare program she can.she has no morals and no dirty deed is beneath her!i worry about my son,but right now im helpless i reently lost my business and almost everything i own,im going thru bankruptcy,i get very little for unemployment,yet the state deducts 1 half that for child support.i dont mind paying ,but make it fair!in this state once child support has been established,and your a man,noting will happen in your favor,even tho it is supposed to be fair and according to what you make what i have been ordered to pay is so ridiculus een the richest man in the country wouldnt have to pay that much!i went bankrupt over a year and a half ago made 3 attempts to get support lowered to a reasonable $amount,its a joke and they dont care,they almost encourage the mother to be a deadbeat instead of working !a word of advice to wanna be dads who think they have a loving woman,think real hard before making your final choice!can you afford it?does she really love ypou?or is she just looking for a free ride?they lie ,decieve,and stop to treacherous means to have you father a child for them so they can freeload of of the working publics sweat!and your lef paying the bill and the meter dont quit running till the child turns 18!
