Deal Depo We always pay on time but several times their customer service refused us our code to turn our car on. I am so tired of dealing with their customer service. Michelle will argue a person to death...t Greer, South Carolina
We have our car through them. At the time our credit was not good so we went through them because they work with people with bad credit. The interest rate is extremely high but we have ALWAYS paid them on time. On several occasions they have flat refused to give us our code even when they had our payment. Their customer service is of no help and extremely rude. We are suppose to be provided with an emergency code but we do not have one.
It's their fault that there are issues with their remote but they expect us to bring it to them when there is an issue. I am really very tired of dealing with them. There are other "pay here buy here" locations so I suggest that if one is going to purchase a "buy here pay here" vehicle, to NOT use Deal Depo. The other day I got stuck somewhere and did not have a code. They would not give me a temp code. IMO, this was so wrong. I will never ever do business with them again. On top of it all, their customer service is bad and they are rude.
