Hi, Im here to verify many reports I have read on this site. I also have been ripped off by DealDash. Deal Dash is a huge scam. They make themselves look like they are trustworthy. Needless to say I have been ripped off by them in all ways possible.

I purchased bids and tried bidding on items. After bidding on some large items that go on for hours and hours, with site problems included, I lost the bid. I then did as they tell u,buy it now option. I did receive the item, with no instructions, download cd,only the  item and the invoice showing a charge of morethan $100.00 dollars less than I paid DealDash. I contacted the company, they contacted DealDash per email for me includung my phone number for a callback and told me they would send me the additional items that should have been included. I have never received the items nor a phone call from DealDash. The item is useless.

I have tried to call DealDash and all you get is the email address for customer support. I have not received other items I paid for and my account shows shipped. Other auctions I won have EXPIRED beside them which I have no understanding of why nor do they explain it to you. I started investigating and found that many people have been ripped off in the same ways I have. DealDash needs to be shut down now....

The worst!

I agree, and I do not recommend DealDash either.

Dealdash.com has terrible Customer support protocols, doesnt have in stock a lot of the items it is selling, over inflates item value and then tries to negotiate worse deals when said item is out of stock (Bait and Switch). Also everything that was out of stock DD continued to auction the very same item over and over even after I was notified that it was out of stock. The Better
Business Bureau has on file for all to see, that DD has resolved over 120 complaints in just the month of December 2012, (these are resolved complaints, can you imagine how many were filed, and not resolved yet?) Why so many complaints? The following DD practices, lack of honesty and integrity is what led to all the complaints (this is why I and SO many others have complained):

Because DD takes your money, and does not ship all the products it sold you, and/or double bills your PP account, and/or ships a damaged/non-working product, and/or sends you a 50 dollar gift card when you win/purchase a $250.00
one, the list goes on and on. These are all just examples of their bad faith practices and complete lack of customer support is appalling. STEER CLEAR OF DealDash! And if you're already invested and feel duped by them there are helpful sites to try to get your items and try to get some resolve such as BBB, Paypal, Internet Crime Complaint Center and numerous facebook pages for people that feel they need help such as dealdashripoff among others. Good Luck to those in my shoes and 'congratulations' to those that never visited DealDash.

You aren't alone

If you're on Facebook, go to Dealdashripoff (put it in your search bar) and tell your story there.  There are people who are going through and have gone through the same thing you're experiencing and may be able to give you guidance.   You are not alone.

(The group on Facebook is not affiliated with Deal Dash.  We're just a group of people who also felt wronged by them and have joined together to get our voices heard.  We believe they hear us now)
