Dealertrack Technologies / Auto Trader Central Dispatch, Jtracker Dealertrack Technologies... worst website - worst customer service - biggest ripoff EVER New York and Texas Nationwide
Why is it that every auto transport broker and auto transport trucking company is forced to use such a ripoff company like Dealertrack? I'll tell you why... because nobody that knows how to build a website has heard about the crap we have to put up with when forced to use the only two websites in the industry that can help the auto transport companies. The software has not been improved or fixed in over 8 years... nope... hasn't been touched. The same problems still exist 8 years later. It's criminal that these two sites:

Still suck. Still have huge programming problems. Still are slow as slow can be.
Dealertrack... aren't you worried that some truck driver is going to run into you in a restaurant someday and just pound the crap out of you when they over hear you work for Dealertrack?
If you are an investor and you are thinking about acquiring these two sites... Don't. They suck. As soon as something better comes along... every one of their pissed off customers will jump ship. Everyone that uses it... hates it.
I'll be forwarding information to every high level computer tech college begging for their graduates to build and manage something better. I will be their biggest advocate in helping them acquire every trucking company (broker or carrier) to move their business over to the newly developed dispatch board. Our industry is ripe for the picking. Please build a site and run it properly.
If you are the CEO or any level of management with Dealertrack, Auto Trader or whoever else currently has a share in these two sites.... BEWARE.... sending your resume out with the fact that you are a part of this huge ripoff... could be hazardous to your health. You have pissed off a lot of truck drivers that would not think twice about sucker punching you in the face you son of a b**** jerks. You are lazy, no good - ripoff artists who could care less about your customers... you buy the site and keep it for a few years in hope of flipping it for a profit. That's so obvious... it should be criminal. The lives you have screwed up ... the business people that you have screwed.. the small hard working Americans that needed this site to work right... you have pissed us all off to the max.
I'm surprised someone has not walked into your office and gone postal! I hope your employees feel save in your offices. Do most of them know that your own customers want to sucker punch any of you if given half a chance?
I know I'd gladly spend 90 days in jail if I could punch the front teeth out of a CEO, CFO or any other high level executive. You people suck. Be careful in a large crowd bragging who you work for... you just might be putting your teeth in danger!
Fix your d**n web sites or sell them to someone that likes America. Someone that gives a crap about the hard working truckers out there who need a properly run dispatch board. Stop being the a****** jerks you are and do something about the sites.
