Everything that is said about Debbie is true. It is very sad that she can treat people the way she does but that is her evil nature. The man that posted all the good things about her is an associate with her husband or exhusband Scott.
I would avoid doing any business with this woman.

While I cannot speak of her reputation as a nurse, nor have I dealt with her in real estate, I do have direct knowledge and have had dealings with her in her SEX business as The Velvet Curtain in Dallas. She and her husband purchased it in 2012 and have been operating a low class swingers club. And while taking money at the door of this illegal business every weekend she herself will not participate in the activities she endorses and gets paid for in addition to treating her guests with disdain and rudeness. I can speak from my own experience.
In addition, she has been arrested three times in the past two years for domestic violence. Once with deadly force, and once including a DUI. She was placed on probation, and then arrested again just several weeks ago for the same type of behavior. This is all a matter of public records and can be looked up through Rockwall County records. Maybe the authorities will take it a little more seriously this time before someone is very seriously hurt by her.
The nursing code states their license can be revoked if a nurse is found to be engaging in immoral behavior. And what about the Realtor's Association? Do they not care about the reputation of those they give licensing to? I have to wonder.
So before anyone gives her a glowing report such as the person before me, you'd better do your research. Her and the husband deeply hurt tenants of the condos they owned by forcing them into bankruptcy and foreclosures in order to obtain their units, in fact his own testimony which is also public record reflect his own lack of empathy and their plan to get themselves on the board, including their relatives to do just that. And Debbie's Park Place Management was used to facilitate it all.
Everything written here can be backed up by public record.
In this writers opinion, the woman is a virus.

I came to Debbie Uradzionek looking to purchase property that has a positive cash flow. My make up for the property was 100% financing. Debbie spent a considerable amount of time finding two properties that met the criteria. She then negotiated favorable terms reconciling any issues with the property. Finally she found a tenant for every unit within 30 days.
The purchase, closing and rental never resulted in any month with a negative cash flow. I have had to do no evictions and rents are paid in a timely manner. The residents are happy with the value they receive. Debbie provides, through her firm, 100% coverage, meaning a resident receives a response from any issue within an hour.
After getting to know Debbie, I found that she has a 4 year degree in nursing and used to run the neo-natl unit at Children's Hospital. After 20 years doing nursing full time and property part-time, Debbie became a full-time broker.
From what I can tell the only thing factual in the Original Report is the address. It is unfortunate, but the report, I understand, motivated some individuals to vandalize Debbie's home. I like to think as a society, we are better than that.
