if an occasional puppy goes over six lbs then ASK The show  breeders that she bought her dogs from why. Debra started out by buying tens of thousands of dollars of show dogs .....already made Champions.....which means the size and the quality is only as good as the dogs bought from the show breeders.

Debra had to spend decade reducing the size of the lines because show Chihuahuas tend to be on the larger sideand keeping smaller offspring over generations can reduce overall size Which is the only reason she succeeded in having such small chihuahua BUT there will always be the occasional come back of the ancestry of the line with a larger puppy.

In order start breeding the best and  correct way on a firm foundation, one should stapet with a variety of showdogs from different showlines from chihuahua breeders. Any issues with the lines? Ask the show breeders from where the dogs came from!

Jasmyn brought up some serious untrue allegations  me. Any one of us would be upset to having lies posted about them online for millions to see. I am no exception to this. The comfort is that there are only few selective individuals so cold in heart  to come her to destroy others,

SIZE and also Fake reports with extortion  

During 2008 to 2012 it was noted that a few   of our puppies from the Hi-C bloodlines (notably Champion Blue Skies)were  reaching 7 to 10lbs. One customer bought two pups same litter where one turned out 2.5 grown and one turned out 7 lbs grown. I had predicted the size differences though.  Another customer, Kathryn, defamed me online even though I had caught the rapid growth in her puppy at 10 weeks ( while still with me) and  I had asked her to choose a smaller puppy. I pushed and pushed Kathryn to choose a smaller puppy but she refused, became angry, stating that she had paid for the puppy and he was hers. Kathryn demanded I ship him, then after she received him, she called me a scammer.  I asked Kathryn  to send him back for a refund but she instead  posted a rip-off report. Why? Look at Jasmyn’s reason. She states that she thought her situation was “unique” until she saw the pre existing reports. Jasmyn states she decided to join and write, posting only AFTER reading first judging the other reports to be true. Jasmyn chose to be judge and jury regarding the other reports on me.  She used those reports to suggest to the readers terrible allegation against me.  The facts is that those reportsare fake and were written by other breeders and their friends who were blackmailing me. They built copycat websites stealing my titles to imposter me.  They wrote threats into my guestbook daily in which my poor customuers to used my guestbook to plead for me to be left alone.  I was pushed by such extensive online harassment that I sent my extortioners $7000 of which I have the 2006 western union receipts to prove this.  I will upload these receipts with receivers names covered up.  Unfortunately paying those people did not stop them from writing further fake reports. They only stopped when I found criminal felony records. 

I have found that specific types of personalities come onto a public forum with malicious intent. Of interest Is that  I have 4 reports written by people who do not own dogs from me. I chose not to sell to them,and in revenge they write horrible untrue things. Only one of those four  admitted I chose not to sell to her. The others wouldn’t reveal that, and you can guess why. Admitting I chose not to sell to them would reveal the true reason for their nasty report. 

AGE OF RELEASE OF PUPPY ( also newborn puppy photos )  I’d like to address a couple allegations against me by Jasmyns. One is age of release. To put such terrible allegations on a public forum , without doubt, are used to poison the consumer’s mind in order to scare  them from purchasing.

AGE OF RELEASE 

During 2008 was still a time I was sposting “baby pictures” or newborn photos so there could be no question of the true age of her puppy. I actually taught the consumer of thr age fraud and it was my practice to have newborn photos up to show true age,

I stopped this practice only  a few short years ago because I felt I’d never be questioned in a such a manner as I keep Puppies almost long enough to show loss of baby teeth lololol. Also I found that consumers do not purchase puppies who are under 4 weeks.

With Jasmyn alleging I am deceptive over the age of puppies, I am bringing back the newborn  photos! I just took pictures of three week old babies yesterday and photos of two week old litter too. I am bringing  it back! Every honest breeder needs to do this to avoid vicious hateful assuming gossip and character and business damaging allegations as Jasmyn has done here. One thing well known about me with my customers is that I am reluctant to release  a puppy under 15weeks old. I’m going through it right now with a family . If they would pick up I’d let him go now at 14weeks, but he is so very very tiny that I want to wait a couple more weeks before I fly him. They understand and are being patient.  At the time Jasmyn bought her puppy I was keeping puppies until 12 to 14weeks. Maybe it’s a typo in her report that she states her puppy weighed half a lb when I release him? Never would I release a puppy weighing under 1 1/2lbs let alone 8 ounces. Such a puppy wouldn’t of had a chance to have multiple vaccines which takes time! Deworming takes time! It takes time to potty train no way would a 8 week old be potty trained Jasmine because I don’t release 8 week old babies who should still be nursing on their mothers. hahaha jasmyn Do you think I started vaccines at 4 weeks old? . Your Vet thought the puppy wasn’t even 8 weeks. Stupid Vet. I start neopar vaccines at 7 to 8 weeks. Then at 9 weeks another, then a four way at age 11 weeks and then I wait two weeks to release at 14 weeks. For puppies who stay longer to age  16 weeks I give another four way at 12to 14 weeks (like I just did to several 12to 14weeks old pups I have now ) I lose  prospective buyers each month because they want puppies at 8 to 10weeks and I refuse to release at that age. a puppy under 10 weeks is fragile and the mortality rate would be too risky. Puppies released under 10 weeks have zero immunity against Parvo. Even a vaccinated 10 week old would not have obtsined enough vsccines to have a titer level high enough to prevent Parvo. if a puppy gets sick or dies after release I live in a state that holds us responsible , even if not our fault, I’d likely still be held liable. I never have from start of breeding to this day, release any puppy under 11weeks old. 20 years ago I might have released some larger  pups at the 10 to 11 week area. By 2008 I had already , for years, been keeping  them until minimum   11weeks and most to 14 to 16weeks 

Yes, She is a real customer of mine and it is very wrong to attack someone first without any opportunity given to me first to right a wrong. Also, I am shocked this person is in the legal field where education and self discipline should tuned her in that much of what garbage is posted online is untrue , exaggerated and done with malice. It is very sad that a lawyer would stoop to such a level to allow her personal anger to affect her judgement so severely.

i never had a phone call, text or email from Jasmyn addressing any of the issues she mentioned.she says the puppy used potty paid the first few days , then stopped. If Jasmyn had contacted me I couldhave helped her significantly to get the puppy right back on track. I wasn’t given the opportunity to give advice so why should I be blamed? As far as the behaviour she descrihe’s, again I was nit given a phone call, a text, nor an emailfor advice. I had no opportunity to be aware of an issue , and I was deprived of any opportunity to advise and help to remedy. How can I be blamed when I was left out of the entire situation . Did you know that personality traits are both a combination of genetics  and environment.a I looked up the registration papers of the her pup’s  parents and I have dozens and dozens of references from delightfed customers with puppies from the same bloodlines. It is nto always “breeding” when a dog in a multi dog household is having trouble. Was he the first in the household? Was he second?  Was he last to come in? Was he fixed or not? There are so many questions I would have asked. There is so much advice and guidance I would have given if I had been afforded the opportunity.

So how is it fair that I am merilessly attacked when I never knew there was a problem? I would have wanted to know. This  attorney races here to defame me , only after reading negative reports??? Her training and education should have overridden her personal emotional desire to shame and hurt me.How can you throw someone in jail without a trial? How can you arrest someone without a cause? How can an attorney use her power to come here and to defame me or anyone else without first contacting and giving a person a fair chance to help and defend myself? I would have loved to keep Munchkinaknd Chihuahuas and actually despite competitors stealing the title and using it to write horrible fake reports i still kept the title until 2017. My title was stolen again in 2016 by  a scammer in Oregon and try as I did for over a year, I could not force the scammer to leave my title alone so I dropped it. so I don’t know why Jasmyn means saying I defrauded people and switched websites over and over. I’vbeen with Homestead  for going on sixteen years. My Facebook and Instagram all say Debs Diva Dolls Munchkinpups. There is a Munchkinpups dog breeder so I added Debs Identify me. There is also a Diva’s  Chihuahus in Texas so the Debs help people to know who I am.

As far as my name? My name is Debra Lyn. What’s wrong with Jasmyn saying she is Jasmyn Troncoso or Jasmyn M Troncoso or Jasmya Marie or Jasmyn Marie Troncoso? There is nothing wrong at all. When someone is malicious and want to ruin another person, they will create all kinds of nasty propaganda to turn the audience against the person they are attacking. It is a sickening trait to find in an attorney who we are suppose to look up to for fairness, but I guess we have  all heard of corrupt and crooked attorneys.

As for predicting adult size in pupoies, it can’t be done,  and I tell everyone e to stop listening to breeders who tell you they can.  I do not even reply to emails from nuts who have unrealistic views regarding chihuahuas and size.  I do not accept a dime u Less I first help the buyer to understand that adult size prediction is only an estimate and not guaranteed. I also disclose in my contract that I give estimation only. I provide charting weights and even then I advise customers to always add at least one pound to whatever any breeder lists online. I give estimations on predicted adult size based on parents inch measure  as well as puppies from same parents, current size and weight. I advise people to wait at least until a puppy is three to four  months old before purchasing. I do not release my puppies until an average of 15 weeks of age. I have a crazy lady right now stating that her 6 inch long 2 1/2 pound  five month old Chihuahua is BIG. The five month old is five to six inches  from shoulder blade to rump, and should top out at 7 inches. I give actual ruler measurements of my adult dogs lengths and height  on my website. I also post photos of older puppies ( 3 months and up )  with a measuring tape showing their inch measurements. How many breeders do  that? It’s not always the Breeders fault, there are loonies out there and I try to avoid them as best as possible. 

Jasmyn spreads many  rumors as facts. Stick to your OWN experience. My friend has had the same website for fifteen years with homestead . If you are  an attorney then get your FACTS which are known as TRUTHS.

Are you speaking of domains? Munchkinaknd was from 2003 to 2017! It was in 2017 that Debra  took on two new domains and gave up Munchkinland as the title had been stolen by competitors and used in fraUd. What kind of attorney doesn’t seek facts? Not seeking facts due to your own personal vendetta dear? Please don’t tell us your an actual deputy district attorney?  That’s depressing to hear.

Jasmyn did you care to know that Debra had competitors building imposter websites Using her title and she had to post a disclosure on her site warning wisitors that her title was being used in fraud By harassers impersonating her? To this day she STILL HAS the title Munchkinpups and has had it for  the full 15 years being online. AND there is nothing wrong with owning a couple domains.Lmao.

What kind of attorney are you? Did you even give it a thought that the nasty reports you read are fake and frauds themselves? AGAIN, what kind of attorney are you not to consider this? What if 10 out of 11 reports you found were made up lies and your spreading these rumors and lies to destroy someone? What of the hundreds of excellent reviews?

How to those hold rank over a few to several negative reviews? Over fifteen years wouldn’t you expect several bad reviews Out of a couple hundred  good reviewsa. Wouldn’t that be normal? We found some interesting facts on you Jasmyn and proof too.....it’s called FACTS And we aren’t attorneys either. Please go back to law school.

This  ”attorney” she refers to herself can’t prove the negative reports written on you are true. She can’t substantiate rumor!She business promoting such hurtful and damaging material to millions who can view it. It is known that competitors can pose as buyers and fabricate stories.

A customer can share her own experience, but to use hearsay to her advantage to ruin someone’s character Or business? Passing off hearsay as facts is very injurious to You in your senior years and Coping with chronic illness as many older ones do these days.

With the information I found you should be able to identify and file a lawsuit. I did research and found the articles below using the same name she posted here. I hope help you to find this person whose dog got too big so decided to try to ruin you.

How unfair and untruthful promotng lies that many have experienced the same situation as hers. She can’t prove that defamatory content, and her allegations mean the burden of proof is on HER.

I read your contract and owning a few chis from you, it states that size is estimaed and charting weight is given. My first chi from you was in 2006 and you have the same disclosure now as then.

I’m totally on your side and I see that hundreds of buyers have left you great reviews! This brings up another question! This so called attorney doesn’t take into account hundreds of references on your website, Yet this person goes to complaint forums online  and assumes the defamstory articles  are facts?
