I had a problem when an entertainment unit that was delivered on special order did not look like what I thought it would look like. They made a few attempts to get me to substitute it for something that would work, but when that didn't work, they took it back for a full refund. I had to go to the owners to get satisfaction (this appears to be a family run business) but they certainly went out of their way to make sure I was happy, ultimately at their expense. Also, delivery and set up for the item was $150 and it was a complicated set up so I don't understand the previous owners complaint about shipping gouging. (And they also didn't charge me to dismantle it when they took it back.) The furniture in the store is beautiful(but expensive) so I would buy there again after my experience and would highly recommend it provided that if you have a problem, you go straight to the owners because they care about making customers happy.
