Deer Creek Products ripoff Pompano Florida
january of this year i ordered products over the phone. i was told they would be shipped in 10 working days. naturally the products didn't come. i called the number i ordered from and was told to call customer service which is a long distance call. when the teleprompter came on it said a min. of 5 minutes before an operater would pick up. so i waited 15 min. and finally someone answered and said they had been shipped and should arrive the following day. never happened. i called again a month later, same story. part of the order arrived damaged and a postcard came saying the other item was back ordered and call the number if i wanted to cancel so i did. i was told to return the damaged products and it would be refunded to my credit card $65.00. never happened. i have e-mailed them and they responded to the first one saying there is a delay but my refund would arrive shortly. i kept e-mailing them and askning where is my money. they replied once saying they needed my address so i sent an e-mail giving it to them. i have left several e-mails and get no response it now has been 10 months. no returned e-mails and no refund. i have gotten their catalog for yrs and finally ordered stuff just to be taken advantage of. the only thing i have had communication thru them is they sent me another catalog that went straight in the trash. if i had money to throw away i would on a donation to the homeless shelter or another trustworthy charity. if anyone wants to file a suit let me know. what a disappointment this company has done to me and many others.....
