I was referred to Dr deke Marcus for my depression. Upon meeting him the first few sessions were normal but then I sensed something awry as far as his words to me. I did some research and it turns out that he is in fact not a dr but practicing under some one elses license a dr sherry madhavi. When I confronted him with it he at first lied and then admitted to it. This would not be a problem had he been honest from the start. In the next few sessions things began to get awkward as he started to admit that he was going through marital problems and then quite to my surprise started to flirt with me and then shockingly made advances, needless to say I did not attend any more sessions as I was afraid that he may become violent due to the rejection.

I checked this guy out online. His website is "drdeke.com" which is misleading since he doesn't appear to have completed his doctorate. Note he says he "completed the curriculum", which isn't the same as graduating. In order to graduate he has to complete an internship, and his current site doesn't meet the requirements under APA.
I would strongly suggest that you file a complaint with the State of California. This is the appropriate website: http://www.psychboard.ca.gov/consumers/complaints.shtml.
