dell computer co forced revolving account "Dude, your getting Ripped Off!"
ordered a dimension 4550 series computer. was supposed to be billed to my credit card. received computer and two weeks later received bill indicating they had established a revolving account.
called customer service who said they couldn't do anything and I had to call billing and finance department. they said they could not change the billing unless I paid off the bill now established.
I said that i would then return the computer, but was told that they would have to get approval from returns department.
their basic comment was tough you have to do what we say. what you wanted or intended doesn't matter.
