Dell Computer Corporation Many unorganised emplyees not knowing what is happening to my order and telling lies. ripoff fraud business ripoff liars victimized us ripoff fraud business Austin Texas
Below will be a log of what i have done:
dell 21/03/02: 18775763355
amy:said that i must go to tech support and didn't think that their would be a problem
because i am still in my warranty for dell 18006249896 the extention 66955
steve: cannot return. Dell only cover warranty for 30 days on non dell products.
Dell 23/03/02: 18006249896 66955
dawn:said that she will order an exchange ref # 25235638
Dell 04/11/02 18006249896 66955 (todays order)
calvin: Said that no such ordr for a return existend. Asked to speak to manager, and he
said the manager would tell me the same thing.
What my original problem was: I ordered a Printer and scanner and with my computer. 5 Months down the line the scanner and printer don't work and dell are saying that they only warrenty it for 30 days and i will not pay for a printer and scanner to be repaired if after i have only had it for a few months.

Dell is great!! You might want to learn to spell. This may be the root problem you are having. Dude you're getting a Dell
