Unfortunately publishing mistakes happen. According to my research a Dell 2408WFP LCD Monitor has an average retail price of $600 (Froogle.com). As the smart consumer you are, you should have relalized it was a mistake. A $600 monitor for $299 through a consumer catalog? In these hard times? Manufactures have a responsibility to their customers. At the same time consumers have a obligation to shop smart. The law is on the side of Dell, it was an honest mistake. You need to prove malice. Why would a multi-million dollar company risk everything on a false ad with malice? They wouldn't.
