Dell Financial Services Paying 3000+ dollars for a Laptop that failed more then 5 times ripoff Round Rock Texas
Well let's see. Where to begin. I thought buying a laptop using the credit offered by dell might actually help my credit score, and build credit it.. I was trying to build up a credit history, and unfortunately i guess I'm building a bad one thanks to the deception and faulty, garbage products of Dell
I purchased a Dell XPS Gen 2 about 2-3 years ago, and the unit has nothing been trouble since the get go. Since owning this laptop, the dvd drive, the video card, the monitor, the keyboard, the motherboard, even the fans have all been replaced in this unit. And i still have problems with it, thanks to dells failure at cooling there laptops. Laptop gets hot, and reboots itself. And then to boot we got Dell Financial jerking me around, saying oh low interest rate, and now I'm staring at my statement with a 28% interest. The interest monthly is actually causing my balance to go up, and what does dell do? Raise the limit so i can go farther in debt? What the hell kind of practice is this?
Mind you i work for a company, that for over the past 6 years has relayed heavily on them. We have probably done/do upwards of 100k a year with them to service our computing needs in our 25 locations world wide. Not anymore.
