If any of you want anything done about that problem, we are taking dell to court because are problems with dell are huge, please read my ripoff report and if there is any evidence you are willing to share let us know because we are taking them to court with more than enough evidence, I am very empathetic to other people who have dealt with similar problems as my family has. the more evidence we have the more people we can possibly help especially if they are not getting their money back, any of your help or support that is legitimate and real we can use against dell since we already have more than enough evidence. Im doing my best to get as much support as possible from anyone with the same or similar experiences with dell. please read my ripoff report of denied services, customer service fraud ect.

Going on week 2 I didn't get my money back, and I'm glad I paid with pay-pal because I have a good chance to get my money back from pay-pal one or two weeks later. Dell keeps me on hold and tranfers me from country to country all day with no results, 3 HOURS LATER I'm sorry is there anything else I can help you with "Yeah" can I get my money back today so I can shop somewhere else. The dummy that said Dell does not sell XBox 360?

They sell the xbox360 core for $300.00, and they do accept paypal. I don't see how Dell will just cancel an order, especially if it was cancelled the day it was to be delivered. Didn't you check the fed-ex website to track the package? If the xbox was cancelled by Dell, then Paypal should be able to refund your money. I'm sorry, but some things just don't add up.

The above poster slamming the original poster should do their homework or keep your mouth shut. Dell does offer an Xbox package. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&cs=19&sku=A0741366

Not according to Dell.com they don't. They have games listed but I don't see the Xbox listed on the site. Did you get it on Dell.com or another site that was diguising themselves as Dell? Something doesn't add up.

I SHOP ONLINE, I MATCH PRICES, DELLS PRICE WAS $299.00 FOR THE CORE SYSTEM AT THE TIME. I DIDN'T KNOW DELL OUT-SOURCED ALL IT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS TO INDIA, THE $3 AN HOUR REPS READ FROM A SCRIPT ON THE COMPUTER AND DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ORDERS, COMPUTERS, XBOX, OR AMERICANS. THATS A SIGN OF A FAILING COMPANY. NOW YOU KNOW. I THOUGHT DELL WAS A TRUSTED COMPANY. I REALIZE I SHOULD HAVE WENT THROUGH AMAZON. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE SHOP ONLINE EVERYDAY. BUT YOU NEVER THINK THE BIGGER COMPANIES WILL RIP YOU OFF. IF I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK IM SHOPPING AT AMAZON.COM. I THINK WHAT YOUR MISSING IS YOU DON'T BELIEVE IT, MAYBE YOUR TO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE IN WHICH I AGREE IS UNBELIVABLE!

Why would anyone order a Microsoft Xbox from Dell? With all the retailers carrying 360's for $400 or so, why go through all the aggravation of an online purchase? And why call Dell when Xbox is made by Microsoft? Is there more to this story?
