Hi Daniel, You could of fixed this problem the 1st time with the double (SYOA) imdemnity clause. Just purchase an exact duplicate have the cases switched (would cost a few dimes) and return the defective as new and let them deal with it. Don't forget the serial numbers on the case have to match or they'll know you pulled this nasty deed. HAHA! This is for the company that thinks they can s**t on you! Give it right back!.
