'Robert from Irvine, CA' - first of all you were not there to be so critical of me. I brought the car in for service because of the problems, and if you follow this thread for the Delray Mitsubishi dealership, I am not the first in the community to voice a complaint about their service. You zone in on my car's problems not the fact of how I was treated while I was there. That is what this thread is about. They can improve, everything is disorganized and other employees bad mouth their own employer's service while I was there. Robert, focus in about the problems in your own community -you have too much time on your hands.

What's unbelievable is that for someone who thinks they know a lot about cars let's their car go months without service. Especially when they are aware that smoke is coming out of the tailpipe, a strange smell from the A/C, and it is going through 3-4 quarts of oil a month. If you were loosing a quart a week it also seems impossible that when you checked the oil level a few days later it was at the same level if they didn't do anything, it should have been noticeably less. Also, it is hard to believe that you just happened to purchase two tires and wanted them to mount them. If you had done proper tire rotations your tires should wear evenly, which means you would replace all 4. If you needed to replace two it means either you didn't do proper rotations, or you had an exisitng mechanical issue causing uneven wear. When you put the two tires on, the difference in tires or wear could easily explain why felt like they were not balanced properly. Also, not sure what a person's accent has to do with anything in this report.
