Recently on a flight to Florida, making a connection into Atlanta, the flight attendants, gate agents as well as Delta supervisors expressed absolute and total unprofessionalim causing passengers to miss connections, cause many elders to become both angry as well as breakdown into tears.

The arrogance and complete disrespect as expressed by a majority of passengers stated they as well as I will never fly such an unprofessional carrier. Not a single bit of consideration was given to the passengers who then had to pay their own hotel and meals for Delta's mistake.

This complaint was filed with both the FAA as well as the Better Business Bureau as well as several law suites filed against both Delta and the the security department for negligent actions on behalf of Delta. DON'T FLY A BANKRUPT CARRIER WHO TREATS PASSENGERS WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT

The airlines are a business just like any other business

It seems as if the airline business is the only business where the customer seems to want everything for nothing. You do not go to a car lot and purchase a Yugo and ask to drive the Lexus off the lot. If you buy a coach seat... sit in coach. Don't beg for First Class or think you deserve to sit there. You may fly all the time, does not mean you need to always sit in first. I shop the same grocery store all the time but do not get a free can of soup for shopping there all the time. Someone is sick or has a death. The airlines give half off a full fare ticket to help with cost. Do you go to a department store and think you deserve half off a new suit because you are going to a funeral? I have heard passengers say...Do you have any free drink coupons? The airlines SELL drinks in coach cabin and offer free drinks in First. Do you go to a movie and ask for free popcorn? Passenger will misplace a paper ticket and then want the airline to give a new one. That paper ticket is a product. You do not buy a DVD player at a store and then go in a few days later and say I have lost my DVD player or it was stolen...are they going to give you a new one. Well maybe you could get a new one if you purchased INSURANCE. You can buy travel insurance as well. The airlines are a business just like any other business. It seems people forget this. Most airlines are now NONPROFIT organizations and most people think they are a charity business and should give "Everything For Nothing" Remember You get what you pay for!! Try Greyhound and see if you can get their as fast and as cheap.

OK, so Delta employees did something that made many people miss their connecting flights. What happened? You left out that part of the complaint.
