Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have their "top of the line" policy effective 11/22/17. I took my car to the dealer for suspension repair on Feb 26, 2018. The Dealer identified the issue along with required parts within 24 hours. They left nearly 15 phone calls over the next week and kept having to leave a message and received ZERO return phone calls from Delta. I decided to start calling Delta. I have since called them 2 to 6 times every weekday since that day for one reason or another and today is April 6, 2018. After a complete fiasco on the part of Delta with lack of communication, the correct parts were sent by Delta (The refused to pay the dealer prices) and the car was

repaired and ready for pick up on March 13, 2018. The balance due was the labor Delta had agreed to pay which was $851.20. Again, the dealer made nearly 15 phone calls to "collect" the balance due with no success. I stepped in and insisted they pay immediately on March 21st. I was told there was a huge snow storm and the finance person, Margaret, couldn't make it in to work that day and she had the corporate credit card, so they had another finance person cut a check and they put it in the mail that afternoon. I was not happy they literally cut a check since my car had already been in the shop for over three weeks. I explained that to the

customer service manager Aaron. He assured me he would call Bill Luke Chrysler and have the release the car for me since "The check is in the mail". I told him to let me know how that went and call me back. Needless to say, he didn't bother ever calling the dealer. I have a great relationship with the dealer so we were keeping each other informed all along this ridiculous journey. I called Aaron again on March 28th and told him the check still hadn't been received by the dealer. He said give until Friday and then he will stop payment on the check and call the dealer immediately with a corporate credit card. So I gave them the extra weekend and I

called the dealer on Monday the 2nd of April. Nope, no check received. I immediately called Aaron and after several attempts of being on a very lengthy hold or magical dropped call, I finally reached him. I explained no check received and he said he would have the stop payment on the check and would have finance call the dealer with a corporate credit card either that afternoon or by Tuesday at noon on April 3rd, 2018. Needless to say, this was not done. Yet another lie. To date I have made probably 70 phone calls to them and my dealer is well over 30 phone calls and have probably heard about 20 lies from their mouths. Generally speaking, the

employees are professional sounding and say all the right things but it turns out to be lie after lie. Delta still hasn't paid for the labor part of the repair they agreed to.
