Delta Auto Warranty, Ryan Cooper, David Hector They deny claims based on the amount paid for contract. Example: Pay 1,500 for contract, then they will NOT exceed that amount for repairs. A scam that does great harm to citizens expecting this service to be available in an emergency. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
My vehicle required repairs costing $2,100. I had used Deltafor three other claims that were questionable, but they paid some. On 3 March, 2018 they refused a claim of approx 2,100 after the work was completed, leaving me with a huge bill. As a disabled Army veterans, who lives on a fixed income, this refusal was devastating to me. I purchased this so-called "warranty" to avoid just such events. They probably have some legal mumbo jumbo that allows such scams, but this oufit harms American and reflect poorly on the state.
