We were trying to locate the customer in order to understand - what was is it about our job that was not satisfactory, so that we could make this right (we offer 5 year warranty on all of our jobs). Based on our efforts we can only conclude that THIS COMPLAINT IS FAKE, and was likely posted by one of our competitors in order to undermine our reputation (9.4/10 on HomeStars). Also, please note that the customer in from the USA, while we are Toronto based, Canadian company.
