This company is the worst moving company I have ever talk with in my life. My sister selected them. Your estimate will be just that. Our final price was tripled. Customer service staff are RUDE. Charged for additional pounds and over 100 steps. My credit card information was KEPT/LOST?. I gave my information twice, I refused to give it to them for a third time. My payment cleared the bank already. Three weeks later my deposit was reversed and I was charged an additional fee for remaking the payment again by check and sending it overnight. I was penalized for their staff losing my credit card information. Would you trust a company that lost your personal information. NO Apology just pay me more.My pick up time was March 13 @9:00 no one showed up or called. We called them at eleven o'clock that morning to see where the truck was.  No one knew. We received a call later saying the truck broke down. We asked why didn't someone call us, I guess they felt it was not necessary to give a courtesy call. They showed up @8:30 that night. Second surprise, they loaded the truck and told us how much additional money we needed to pay. Upon the arrival my mother missed them we were charged an additional $500 for two attempts delievery. I paid the company and asked for a receipt/statement they still have not given me a receipt for the additional charges we had to pay. My mother recieved her furniture April 7th three weeks later.Remember Susan is always right the customer is always wrong. Lots of phone calls back and forth. Not enough room to finish so I will stop here. No communication among employees. The Move from HELL. If you don't live local don't bother you will be ripped off. Phone Etiquette required and necessary for customer Service. Missing. Beware the amount will be double or triple your estimate given. Company does't respond to emails either. COMPANY VS CUSTOMER=CUSTOMER LOOSE.
