When I asked for a follow up to discipline those involved, a call center "agent" actually hung up on me. A second said my complaint would be forwarded to the owners and someone would "get back to me".
One month later, no reply and no apology; therefore, it can only be concluded by the silence that they find this an acceptable way to treat an applicant and customer.
