I ordered two products from this company. A coach latern and a glow in the dark stepping stone. When the products a rrived the steeping stone looked nothign like the picture  and looked as if it belonged in the toy department. The latern had no hardware to make the top stay attached to the bottom there for rendering it unusuable and a firse hazard. I contacted the company and told them that I would be returning the products and requested they send a prepaid shipping lable. I was informed that the comapny did not offer such a services and since I was so disatisfied with my purchase they would refund the amount of shipping if I sent the products back via UPS ground, or as the agent specified the "cheapest way" possible through UPS.



The conversations held through email( as the merchant has no phone support) had a very unprofessional air to them. i would recieve one  and two word answers to questions, such as yea whatever or send cheaply. I returned the items via UPS ground on Sept 22, and the merchant recieved the tiems on September 29, 209. During the transit period I attempted to contact the merchant to inform them of the tracking number for the return items only to have my email returned as the merchant had changed the email address. I returned to the webiste to gain the new email address which had only changed by one letter, and emailed them the information.I did not recieve a response. I emailed them again when the items arrived at their location, again no response.



I have been emailing the erchant to find out when I woill be receivig both my refund and the refund for the return shipping as promised, but have not recieved any type of response from them. I find it odd that a company that can answer an original email within a few hours when it means gainign a sell , now can not be bothered to return an email when it means issuing a refund. I have not to this day recieved a refund for the item or the return shipping. I will be contacting my bank to at least recover the money lost ont he items. Though I wished if they were not going to refund the money they did not specify what carried to use as I could have shipped via USPS and not incurred the extra exspnese of returingin the items via UPS. Beware of this company they sell defectve poor quality items have you return them when your not satisfied and then keep your money, a definate RIP OFF!

I had to go through my bank but this problem was resolved. NEVER use this company, unless yu have money to brun and time to waste ont here games

Vendor contacted me with false accsuations still no refund

The vendor contacted me after me emailing him for over two weeks. He never once adressed the issue of my refund but waits two weeks after recieving the package to claim the items whcih were mailed back to him in the same packaging and using the same packign material used to mail to me was severly damaged. 

I find it odd that a merchant would not contact the buyer immediately if an item is recieved back severly damaged, and only returned my emails after threatenign to take legal action against his company. if the items tuly were damaged upon reciept the merchant shoudl have contacted me immediately. Also these items were shipped back in using the exact shippign material they were shipped to me in.

 Now that i know the items ar eint he merchants possesin he still has not responded tot he issue of a refund. This company has shadey business practices and scams clients out of money. If items were damaged an email should have been sent right away, not after I have mentioned legal action against the company for fraudulent charges and refuasal to refund. BEWARE of this company.

Had one good experience previously and  after this expereince filled withno commuication and lie I will be telign everyone to avoid this merchant. It is sad that Iw ill have to take a business to small claims court over 50 dollars but that is what it has come down to
