DentalWorks Belden Village Fraud Canton Ohio
I went to DentalWorks in Belden Village simply because they were open on the weekend which worked perfect for my work schedule. I am still regretting this decision!!! I was never shown a breakdown of charges for specified things that needed done just simply that it would be on my Care Credit card (which they were very quick to enroll me for).
Only after going to another dentist (not a strip mall gypsy) did i realize just how bad they screwed me. They charged me for a Scaling and Root Planing when i only had a cleaning done (this cant be done in 20 mins!). They also broke down all the individual charges and billed seperately instead of as one procedure and billed my insurance and my credit card for the same charges.
When I realized what had happened I tried contacting the office and their corporate office to no avail. It is partially my fault for not educating myself on how things were being billed but hopefully anyone else can be saved the trouble by learning from my mistake.
Stay away from this place at all costs!
