DentalWorks Dental Works Overpricing for regular cleaning Strongsville, Ohio
Stay away from this dishonest practice!
I went for a routine dental cleaning in March 2011 and was overcharged for a Perio Maintenance ($110) and a Periodic Oral Evaluation ($41). The Periodic Oral Evaluation was a complete joke. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth already said my teeth were fine, in the 2 and 3 range, and I had good oral hygiene. I brush twice everyday and floss and rinse before bed every night. But she had the doctor come over and looked at my teeth for 2 minutes (no lie) and that added $41 dollars to my bill. My regular cleaning was just that - a regular cleaning but they put down Perio Maintenance and overcharged me for a service I did not receive. I asked for my dental files the next day and will be transferring to another dentistry. Stay away from this dishonest practice!
