Department of Budget and Management, Maryland MVA, Maryland MVA Insurance lapse Rip off bill Baltimore Maryland
We moved out of Maryland in Oct 2012 to California. We registered our car later with California DMV who took the old Maryland license plate and gave us a CA plate and after a year we sold the car.After two years of moving out of Maryland,I got a bill today for $ 3554 towards MVA Insurance Lapse default which I have no idea what is it about.
Would appreciate any help in this regard.
