Department of Health and Human Services GA Child Support Code of Conduct Fail to Contempt NCP Marietta Georgia
The Department of Health Human Services in the state of Georgia needs to be throughly investigate. My children and I continue to be victimized by this agency and its workers. Currently, the NCP in my child support is in arrears and by standards my case should have been pulled months ago due to his noncompliance. He is refusing to pay support as ordered. I have complained several times and nothing has happen to date.
I am confused and troubled by the lack of compassion and professionalism of this agency. I don't want to believe that they are somehow aiding him in his negative and neglectful ways. When I visited teh office months ago I was told by a worker that the case qualified for contempt and would be pulled yet it has not been pulled and there is no court date scheduled for May as promised. What is going on here? A lawsuit will soon follow trust me.
