I am writing this report in an attempt to expose the short comings of the federal child support act, whereby a state is given the authority to do as they please in regard to enacting and enforcing a support order against anyone they decide to be liable.

In my case I was assessed a 35,000 back support bill and the reason for it was that my ex failed to give proper service on the notice of divorce in an attempt to gain judgement against me on the grounds of default,

additionally I am expected to pay $133 per week out of 32,000 gross annual income, the state is unwilling to pursue paternity testing and base support on that

I'm told that just because we were married even though we were seperated that the state holds me responsible and that I am 100% responsible for support, even with taped confession from the ex that she had the education and ability to work but chose not to do so,at which point the state was all to willing to hand her a check and hand me a bill for it without first investigating her need for funds,

additionally she also committed fraud by putting my last name on a birth certificate for a second child, and further purgering herself in court about it,

additionally the caseworker has taken it upon herself to overule the family law masters decision and is taking money from me against his wishes, as it was his decision to hold off on setting an enforcement order in effect until an accurate account of my wages could be made.

It is my opinion that women can conduct themselves like prostitutes, commit fraud , purger themselves openly in court steal from the system, blame paternity whomever they chose and the state will use all the power they have to make sure they get everything they ask for and not question any of it.

And as far as I can tell the men of this country who go to work every day and pay taxes and have served thier country have absolutely no rights whatsover other than to pay that child support and keep their mouth shut and have to live in constant fear of losing everything they have worked themselves to death for.

I am absolutely sick and tired of hearing some lazy B1$ch

whining about not being handed a paycheck she doesn't deserve in the first place, and acting like it's owed to them

My advice to all the women of this country is stop looking for a handout and get a job, you are every bit as responsible for the birth of your children as is the father and it's every bit as much your responsibility to work towrds the support of those children instead you chose to flop on your backs and collect welfare and child support

Child support, is that, child support. It does not matter what she makes.. it matters what you make in how the state figures out how much you owe in child support. It has nothing to do with if she works or if she doesn't. It's you taking responsibility for something you created... your children. The money isn't for her, it's for your children. take your own advice "you are every bit as responsible for the birth of your children as is the father " and pay up. take your responsibility like a man. Since it takes 2 to make a baby, it takes 2 to feed it. Get the point yet? Keep up this attitude, and these children of yours will not have anything to do with you. And by the way, the money that you will pay up, can be used on basically anything. The rent, the utilities, clothing, food, entertainment..etc. And by the way, I am a woman, a single mom of 2, who served her country as well. So stop making escuses, get off your lazy rump, and pay.
