Departmentoflawandinvestigations Shawn Brown lawsuit for payday loan I have never filed for. Kansas, Missouri
A man with a middle eastern accent keeps calling my cellphone and saying I have a lawsuit against me for a payday loan which I never filed for. When I ask him where he is located and who filed the lawsuit he says he does not know but, if i don't call him back the next day with money and personal information he does not already have I will be in serious trouble.
Then he ask and when i say yes he gets very irritated and hangs up but he keeps calling and i want the phone calls to stop.
