Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I saw the ad contect to Dr. Oz show for the face cream and eye cream.  Decided it was worth a few dollars to try a sample.  They claim the online request for the sample allows they to charge you the full price for both products if you do not cancel a bogus subscription set within 14 days of receiving they products and tried twice to slam my debit card for a total of over $170.00.  Luckily my Chase bank refussed the charges and notified. On their 2nd attempt I contacted the company and after telling the clerk that I had already posted on YELP, Ripoff Report and threatened to contact the California Consumer Protection Agency. She immediately offered to cancel the charges and close my so-called account with the company.  Now we shall see if they attempt to charge me again.  I did also have my bank note that no charges from these two vendors (as they use separate Merchant ID numbers for each product, should be allowed against my accounts.  The FTC commission should take action against companies like this.  If enough people complain to their state CPAs maybe the states will act to protect the public.
